डेटा के लिए कौन जिम्मेदार है

हम जिन डेटा को प्रोसेस करने की अपेक्षा करते हैं

अनुरोधकर्ताओं के लिए, EMSHI स्कैन किए गए QR टोकन, सेवा चलाने के लिए आवश्यक अनुमानित तकनीकी जानकारी, अनुरोध के लिए अनाम ब्राउज़र सत्र पहचानकर्ता, और अनुरोध स्थिति प्रोसेस कर सकता है।

जिम्मेदार संपर्कों और व्यवस्थापकों के लिए, EMSHI नाम, फोन नंबर, खाता ईमेल पते, संगठन विवरण, बिलिंग संपर्क विवरण, वाहन पंजीकरण, वैकल्पिक वाहन मेक/मॉडल/रंग, स्थान नाम, QR जारी इतिहास, अधिसूचना मेटाडेटा और ऑडिट रिकॉर्ड प्रोसेस कर सकता है।

हम अनुरोधकर्ता पहचान जिम्मेदार संपर्कों को नहीं दिखाने का इरादा रखते जब तक कोई सुविधा स्पष्ट रूप से न कहे, और अनुरोधकर्ताओं को संपर्क नाम, फोन नंबर, ईमेल पते या समूह सदस्यता नहीं दिखनी चाहिए।

हम डेटा क्यों उपयोग करते हैं

हम वाहन स्थानांतरण अनुरोध संचालित करने, जिम्मेदार संपर्कों को सूचित करने, दुरुपयोग रोकने, व्यवस्थापकों का समर्थन करने, QR स्टिकर बनाने, ऑडिट रिकॉर्ड रखने और सेवा सुरक्षा बनाए रखने के लिए डेटा उपयोग करते हैं।

जहाँ एनालिटिक्स या वैकल्पिक मार्केटिंग उपकरण जोड़े जाएँ, आवश्यक सहमति एकत्र होने तक वे बंद रहें। एनालिटिक्स इवेंट में वाहन पंजीकरण, फोन नंबर या अन्य अनावश्यक व्यक्तिगत डेटा शामिल नहीं होना चाहिए।

हम डेटा किसके साथ साझा करते हैं

हम होस्टिंग, डेटाबेस संग्रहण, अधिसूचना डिलीवरी, ईमेल, भुगतान, CAPTCHA, सहमति प्रबंधन और एनालिटिक्स के लिए सेवा प्रदाता उपयोग करने की अपेक्षा करते हैं। ये प्रदाता केवल अनुबंध के तहत और EMSHI प्रदान करने के लिए आवश्यक उद्देश्यों के लिए डेटा प्रोसेस करें। कानून द्वारा आवश्यक होने पर या सेवा और उपयोगकर्ताओं की सुरक्षा के लिए हम जानकारी प्रकट कर सकते हैं।

हम डेटा कितने समय रखते हैं

Organization activity log entries (admin actions such as edits, QR changes, and notification outcomes) are kept for up to 30 days, then deleted automatically.

Movement request records, event history, and related operational metadata are kept while your organization uses EMSHI and for a reasonable period afterward for abuse prevention, support, billing disputes, and legal compliance. When an organization account is deleted, tenant data including contacts, vehicles, QR records, and movement requests is hard-deleted.

Optional requester phone numbers collected on Driver flows are deleted within about 24 hours after a request completes, is cancelled, expires, or receives no response. Short action links and similar tokens stop working when the underlying request closes or expires.

Sign-in and verification codes, import upload files, notification delivery logs, and analytics data are kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, and billing — not indefinitely. We review retention categories periodically.

Where EMSHI is offered

EMSHI is operated from the United Kingdom. The service is offered globally where use is lawful and our providers can deliver SMS, email, and payments. The Shop page is available in the United Kingdom only. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local law where you are.

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to the use of your personal data.

If you are in the United Kingdom, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
