利用規約

サービス

EMSHIは、依頼者が車両のQRステッカーをスキャンし、車両を確認し、移動が必要な可能性を担当連絡先に非公開で通知できるよう組織を支援します。EMSHIは緊急サービス、駐車取締、レッカー、警備、公的機関のサービスではありません。

Permitted use

Use EMSHI only where the vehicle owner, driver, or organization has lawful authority over the parking arrangement — for example private driveways, employer or tenant car parks, campuses, venues, and other managed shared parking. Do not use EMSHI to enforce public-street parking, council zones, or situations where you have no authority to ask someone to move a vehicle.

Age

You must be at least 16 years old to create an organization account, purchase a Driver QR, or enter into a paid subscription. If you are under 18, use EMSHI only with permission from a parent or guardian. Requesters scanning a QR should use the service responsibly and with respect for others.

組織アカウント

組織管理者は、アカウント情報、場所、連絡先、車両記録、QRステッカー、アクセス権限を正確に保つ責任があります。適法かつ適切な根拠がある場合にのみ、連絡先と車両を追加しなければなりません。

Organization contacts are added by an authorized administrator. Before a contact receives movement-request SMS, they must agree on a one-time link sent by SMS (tap I agree — not a numeric code like Driver purchase). Changing the phone number clears agreement and sends a new link. Administrators must only add phone numbers for people who will agree to receive movement notifications.

移動リクエスト

移動リクエストは担当連絡先へのメッセージであり、車両が動くこと、連絡先が応答すること、依頼者に移動を求める法的権利があることを保証しません。ユーザーは安全に、適法に、敬意を持って行動しなければなりません。

Open requests expire automatically if there is no contact response within about 2 hours, then close about 24 hours later. A requester may cancel an open request from the status page before the contact responds. Timing may vary slightly for operational reasons.

パイロットアクセスと請求

公開料金は、組織が管理する車両台数に基づく定額米ドルです。請求は利用月単位です。暦月に組織向けの移動依頼SMSをEMSHIが1通以上送信した場合、その月は請求対象です。該当メッセージがない月は請求対象外です。サブスクリプションはStripeで更新されます。解約すると将来の更新は止まりますが、当期間ですでに請求済みの金額は返金されません。税、更新時期、猶予期間はStripeサブスクリプションと組織設定に従います。

可用性と判断責任

サービスは、SMS、メール、ホスティング、支払い、CAPTCHA、分析などの第三者提供者の影響で、利用不可、遅延、または影響を受けることがあります。EMSHIは中断のない可用性を保証せず、法律で認められる最大限の範囲で責任を排除しますが、責任を制限できない場合は除きます。

準拠法

本規約はイングランドおよびウェールズの法律に準拠します。イングランドおよびウェールズの裁判所が専属的管轄権を有しますが、お住まいの国の強行的な消費者保護法により追加の権利が認められる場合があります。

変更

製品、提供者連携、商用モデルの成熟に伴い、EMSHIは本下書き規約を更新することがあります。本番での重要な変更は、適切なチャネルで顧客に伝えるべきです。
