Organization questions
- Do blocked drivers need an app?
- No. They scan the sticker, confirm the plate, and tap once in the phone browser.
- Do staff and visitors share phone numbers?
- No. EMSHI notifies the responsible contact. Names and numbers stay private in the normal flow.
- What if nobody replies?
- We send one automatic reminder. If you turn escalation on, the requester can then alert a site contact.
- What do administrators set up?
- Add locations, contacts, and vehicles, assign who is responsible for each car, then generate and print QR stickers.
- Is this for my own car?
- No. Organization is for a workplace car park. For a personal sticker, use For Drivers.
