Acceptable use
Last updated: 22 August 2026
This acceptable use policy explains behaviour that is allowed and behaviour that may lead to rate limits, QR suspension, account restrictions, or removal from the service.
Allowed use
Use EMSHI only to manage legitimate shared-parking vehicle movement requests, administer authorized organization records, print and manage QR stickers, and communicate with EMSHI about support.
Where stickers belong
Place QR stickers only on vehicles and in locations covered by your authority — not on public highways, unrestricted public streets, or vehicles you do not control. Misleading placement may lead to suspension.
Prohibited use
Do not use EMSHI to harass, threaten, shame, spam, track, profile, or repeatedly target a person, vehicle, organization, or location.
Do not scrape, enumerate, guess, share, sell, or misuse QR tokens, action links, vehicle records, contact details, audit records, exports, or notification links.
Do not upload malicious files, attempt CSV formula injection, impersonate another person, bypass rate limits or CAPTCHA, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or use EMSHI for unlawful parking enforcement or unsafe confrontations.
Security expectations
Administrators must keep credentials secure, remove access that is no longer needed, report suspected compromise, and avoid placing QR stickers where they could mislead users or expose private information.
Enforcement
EMSHI may throttle requests, invalidate QR codes, disable contacts, suspend organization access, preserve audit evidence, or contact relevant administrators when misuse, security risk, or legal risk is suspected.
