Terms
Last updated: 22 August 2026
These terms describe the rules for using EMSHI. EMSHI is a trading name of Evoniti Ltd. Registered in England and Wales. Company number 08033294. Your contract is with Evoniti Ltd.
The service
EMSHI helps organizations let a requester scan a vehicle QR sticker, confirm the vehicle, and privately notify a responsible contact that the vehicle may need to be moved. EMSHI is not an emergency, parking enforcement, towing, security, or public authority service.
Permitted use
Use EMSHI only where the vehicle owner, driver, or organization has lawful authority over the parking arrangement — for example private driveways, employer or tenant car parks, campuses, venues, and other managed shared parking. Do not use EMSHI to enforce public-street parking, council zones, or situations where you have no authority to ask someone to move a vehicle.
Age
You must be at least 16 years old to create an organization account, purchase a Driver QR, or enter into a paid subscription. If you are under 18, use EMSHI only with permission from a parent or guardian. Requesters scanning a QR should use the service responsibly and with respect for others.
Organization accounts
Organization administrators are responsible for keeping their account information, locations, contacts, vehicle records, QR stickers, and access permissions accurate. They must only add contacts and vehicles where they have a lawful and appropriate basis to do so.
Organization contacts are added by an authorized administrator. Before a contact receives movement-request SMS, they must agree on a one-time link sent by SMS (tap I agree — not a numeric code like Driver purchase). Changing the phone number clears agreement and sends a new link. Administrators must only add phone numbers for people who will agree to receive movement notifications.
Movement requests
A movement request is a message to a responsible contact; it does not guarantee that a vehicle will be moved, that a contact will respond, or that a requester has a legal right to require movement. Users must act safely, lawfully, and respectfully.
Open requests expire automatically if there is no contact response within about 2 hours, then close about 24 hours later. A requester may cancel an open request from the status page before the contact responds. Timing may vary slightly for operational reasons.
Access and billing
Public pricing is a flat USD rate based on how many vehicles your organization manages. You are charged for months of use: a calendar month is billable if EMSHI sends at least one movement-request SMS for your organization that month. Months with no such messages are not billable. Subscriptions renew through Stripe. Cancelling stops future renewals; amounts already billed for the current period are not refunded. Taxes, renewal timing, and any grace period follow your Stripe subscription and organization settings.
Availability and liability
The service may be unavailable, delayed, or affected by third-party providers such as SMS, email, hosting, payments, CAPTCHA, or analytics services. EMSHI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, except where liability cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may give you additional rights.
Changes
EMSHI may update these terms as the product, provider integrations, and commercial model change. Material changes will be communicated to customers through an appropriate channel.
